I saw D-Nice with BDP back during the Edutainment era...

This week I've been bumpin' Black Sheep's sophomore album, Non Fiction.
Technically not Old School, but rather from the center of New School/Golden Era period...still solid.

A few albums I just dug out of the collection and listened to for the first time in a long while:
Buckshot Lefonque (both albums, good shit)
Sex Packets (some serious funk on that one)

Showbiz & A.G. Think most of their albums are sadly out of print now. I'll try and find some links.

not sure if it's old school or not, but diggin on it...

Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown
And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.

Edit: Looks like Blurred had that one covered on page one. Here's a little known jam that more people are likely more familiar with it's samples that the original jam...

Original Concept - Pump that bass...

    And one more just because.

Worse 'em - Triple M Bass

I had both of these on 12"....

Dookey beat me to it. For the longest time I considered that the best hip hop album ever. It still might be, but it's hard to compare to some of the more recent stuff.
