I always thought the Traverse to be aluminum, but I do know that BD makes a carbon flicklock pole.

Hmm...sorry about the pic. This one should work. It's an Al. shaft, the "Traverse" model wasn't a carbon. I really liked the pole, just don't really need a telescopic one for the time being.





P.S. when I ship these to the buyer, throw me an extra 2.50 and I'll USPS add insurance to protect them if you'd like, if not I'll just ship standard USPS.

Backcountry has them for 60, as does REI and EMS and a few others. The 45 at edgeworks was a nice deal.
