Alpental was sick yesterday. The back country as well! so much fun.

Alpy was pretty nice yesterday. Lots of nice snow on-top of that blue ice. First time I got to really test out the new Bent Chetlers, F-ing A they are awesome.

Everyone on here has great advice. Alpental is the place. Lot's of steeps, great back country, the culture is the best because it has such a high density of great skiers and boarders.
Plus it's 45...

Skied Alpental yesterday. Pretty icy up top on Edelweis and International, but very fun on the bottom runs.
If you can ski that you can ski anything.
We didn't think the Nash entrance was that bad.

Question. Is the coverage at Alpental good enough to take new skis up? Or should I take my old ones up?

I don't care how crappy it might be Alpental this weekend, it will still be fun. If you can ski crappy conditions, you can ski ANYTHING!

The all Orange 2010 Verdicts are an awesome ski. Love them for pow, crap, ice, you name it, they charge it.

I just bought the 183 Bents, but I'm only 5'7" and 145lbs. Mounted them at the team Center Line. WUnder, where will you mount them?

Can't wait for ski season here in the NW. Been skiing since I was 5, grew up skiing Mammoth. Since moving to Seatlle, been getting a pass to Alpental the last 10 or so years.
