It is! It’s a two part iron paint and rust “activator”.
Silver paint on the inside of the body.
Iron paint, then the blue top coat on the outside of the body.
I then sanded the blue top coat off...

Finishing up paint on my most recent build, just needs a clear coat.

I take a hot nail and vent the tires, then seal the rim vents. That way you can spin the tires and and the water comes with the centrifugal force.
