Yeah, I'd get some thick Superfeet insoles on Amazon or something similar to see if that helps. Intuition liners will puff up when heated, but you almost always get a looser feel when they cool down...

Scored some minty Kilowatts with Fritschi Freerides for $50 last week... sold the touring bindings for the cost of the skis in the b/s/t forum. Axls were $65 on FB but didn't come with heel blocks....

Anybody try a flush-cut saw to remove plugs? Is it any better than a chisel or razor blade?

Indeed they are. I've stashed those out west hoping for a reason to use them. They rock with a bit more neutral binding like the X2s (at least compared to the Vices).

They're mounted boot center on recommend line for a Scarpa 26.5/27 shell, which is I think 308mm bsl? Same as Garmont/Scott 26/26.5.

Skiing with kids is the best time to learn tele. Free heels also help scoot around the flat learning areas. Just sayin'.
