There's an article in the Vancouver Province today on Hangin Roll by a guy who watched his brother fall over the cliffs in 05 who will never fully recover or play sports of any kind again....

According to avalanche.ca it was a wind slab ranging from 20-30cm deep. Check the thread on this incident specifically
