Do you know if they have the same mount pattern as the regular bindings?

No ones holding? I think the newer Rotation binding has the same bolt pattern so those are an option as well.....

Looking to add a pair of these as I have acquired several pairs of skis with quiver killer inserts already installed for them. Brake width not critical and I don't care if ST of FT just need to fit...

I'm 6' and 185 - I would say the fit is Athletic - not Euro tight but also not a relaxed fit either. Its nicely snug in the torso with layering underneath it but plenty of room in the arms.
