In all honesty, if the FAQ actually listed it, or if the error that popped up when you tried to PM wasen't a generic error, maybe these questions won't come up anymore?

How long do we usually have to wait before we can send PM's? I was hoping to buy something from the gear swap so I wanted to message a guy.
