Given the nature of the discussion... I haven't had any knee injury yet, but I have had some muscle imbalance in my thigh, hip flexor, etc. Anybody have any exercises that are good for knee...
Amen to that, looks awesome. Anything through the middle though? I know its a more 'desolate' area...
