I dunno where you got the idea of being too far back in the range? I'd say you're spot on the middle. There's even a mid mount mark on the back end of the track (see my pic), right where your worm...

It's the printer settings. They need to be, true to scale, 100%, or no scaling or whatever similar option you have. Don't choose scale to fit paper.

If they don't match, you will still be able to determine a non hole...

Template looks good to me but as far as I can tell the Warden toe front holes are missing
