Dunno about the LV, but a standard Pro Tour is definitely thicker. That said it molds thinner where you need it just fine. I never molded or skied the stock liner, but the Intuition created a good...

For reference, my 25.5s weigh 1395g with Intuition Pro Tours, 3/4 length Superfeet Green insoles, and expert Booster straps. I didn't weigh them stock because I don't ski boots stock.

The WTR sole on the XTD probably is too tall to fit in the toe of an older Marker Squire (which doesn't have adjustable toe height). Most importantly from the shop's perspective, Marker does not...

This is why my previous post said "buy the one that fits better." IMO the fit is pretty dramatically different in the ankle of these two boots and that's probably the most important area of the boot...

I have actually tried on the boot and the stock 130 liner is VERY, VERY thin. The Palau... -

I'd be interested to hear from other bootfitters, but when I sold boots I never found any correlation between ROM and stiffness of boot. (I'm hypermobile and don't require a particularly stiff boot)....

Yeah, the old RS was pretty equivalent to a Mercury. Nowhere near as stiff as a Vulcan. Much more progressive, though.
