67cm skis are hard to find, 70cm should be pretty easy and will be fine for even the youngest skiers. 14.5 boots are the smallest available, and for a really little one even those will be way too...

My little guy was on 67s for his first 20 days. Now 3.5 year’s old gonna move up to 80s.
