A 27.5 would be a good fit for you in a touring boot. I have a 10.5 shoe, ski. 26.5 in a performance fit, and a 27.5 for a touring boot.

I'm pretty sure all the base reports are BS....
I'm pretty sure all the base reports are BS. Silverton reports a 40" base and I'm skiing ankle deep on Rope-de 4 and willows in the gullies. Not to say it wasn't fun.
