Wind blew real hard during the snow yesterday. I was in full on gaper mode dropping the top of OTR with conditions that seemed nearly fucking impossible. Trees were o.k. though.

today was really really fantastic I thought. The snow was just the right density to cover up all the suncrust that formed last week. The next few days should be even better, right...

Very nice storm skiing today. As previously mentioned the trees were real creamy. Catwalk trees was super fun.

My G.F. is officailly hooked on the ridge after today, so comfy and inviting up there. The music Subaru had going at the bottom was quite sucky though.

Does anyone else think LL sometimes underreports new snow? They reported 1 inch of snow yesterday, but it snowed pretty good most of the day and seemed deeper than a dusting to me.

I got one run in yesterday before they closed lift 8. trees to skiers right were like velvet. I hope the mountain isn't super fucked from all this wind. visibility was scary
