A freestanding tent is always a better choice, IMO. Which is why I don't like the Sierra Designs Clip Flashlight. It is a light tent, but it sucks to have if you can't anchor stakes.

The simplest is probably to open up Quicktime (pro may be needed). Then do File > Export > movie to quicktime movie (choose broadband med or large). Then wait about 5 to 10 minutes for it to export...
