We have some friends who moved to PG several years ago. They thought they’d just be up there for a few years, but now they’re settled and enjoying it. They live out of town, close to the bike trails....

Yum Son, a Vietnamese place downtown, is delicious and one of my favourite places to eat. Their soy sauce + peanut chicken wings are great. Good cocktails too.

Skied Panorama today, and coverage was excellent for what has been a dry start to the season. Summit was open. Summer grooming makes a big difference.

Fun opening day at KH. Not as much terrain available, due to conditions, and the ski out below catamount, was heinous. But otherwise it skied well and everyone seemed happy for the first day back.
