6,1 190lbs and I’ve had both the 186 and 191 k116(now J118 but whatever).
The 191 is a step up from a 190 moment, the 186 is closer but a tiny step down.

You’d probably be just fine on the 186...

The 186 wren 110 is more ski than the 189 wren114 so I wouldn’t worry, less rockered tail and a bit stiffer makes them more demanding and longer feeling.

100% the tune, they aren’t race skis but they shouldn’t feel squirly. Make sure you check the base bevel not just the side. 1/1

In my experience, while they are in the same family the Kartel/jeffrey 116 feels quite different, however maybe the new 118 is closer?

The ski tunes shouldnt be messed up and On3p would agree. They set high standards for themselves which is why we love them, however we then expect that.

I think recommend is -4 or -4.5. Having skied caylors in front of the line and behind I would go -0.5 back and never think about it.

The new 192 BG is not it. You can feel when skiing it that the 187 would work which I posted on last year.

I’m sure that’s why everyone is a fan of the 187, but I’ve yet to see a positive 192...

Remount and tune em up at a good shop. ON3Ps perk of the thick base and edge is a lots of material to tune.
