Seems like that g3 riser might be easier to clamp to the ski than some toe pieces when you drill. Do you clamp toe pieces to the ski when you drill? I can see that process frustrating me

Helicoil alone isnt going to cover those holes. You can only stretch the footprint of a hole 1.5-2 mm. A couple of those holes barely touch. Thats why i recommended inserts screwed into helicoils....
