Does the insert system work with fritschis?

does anybody know if inserts are even compatible with fritschis since they have the separate piece in the back to lock down the heel?

So if I were to install inserts on 2 pairs of skis I would need 16 inserts, 2 packs of epoxy and a starter kit?

Besides bindings, does anybody know if 2,195g will be too bulky for trips up to tuckerman's and other smallish tours?

Are their any downsides? So i just buy the starter kit and put those inserts in each of the binding holes and i'm all set? Do you need different sets for different bindings?
