I have a ‘20 Stumpy ST and have bike list over my buddies ‘22? Mint green Stumpy Pro! Color is awesome and is a great all arounder

It was implicit I thought as well, especially w the emoji which I suppose I should have used as well.
Love the HT for riding with kids, excuse for me to work on skills and ride flats on it for easy hop on & go. Last night my daughter and I rode around the neighborhood up to the school and I rode...
Have to call out the humblebrag post above, although am honestly in a similar camp. I bought a trail bike for more fun on the downs after stopping racing XC and many of my buddies followed suite so...
Nice SC love the orange!
Good on your dealer for turning a shit situation around Rossy.
Have a bit of bike jealousy with my riding buddy picking up the Gloss Oasis (minty greenish) '22 Stumpy...
and for your trails down in DE, how much locking out do you need to do? Trails like FH and Brandywine generally want your suspension active through the roots/rocks on singletrack climbs IME, though...
Oh boy here we go again....
Wow go out for a ride w/ my son and come back to a shitstorm I created by casually saying I'd look into getting a new headtube (being more courteous than serious). Not gonna happen, whole reason for...
Suppose the recommendation for super limited edition cranks from 20+ years ago does make sense in this thread. Used to run hand polished old XTR 960 that match the brushed frame look, but are...

While Ti fork would be good, actually think the Niner in white works pretty well. Have a white Fox RLC when this isn't on it. Not sure what Ti fork would really match with the twisted tubes...
Yeah my fork is probably already on borrowed time! I do have a 1 1/8" carbon Niner QR fork for rigid. Not quite as classic as a Ti fork, but damn does make it light.
Pretty much sold on...
Trying to pull this back off engi-nerd suspension rate talk.... just heard my new Hardtail is supposed to be shipped early June (much to my surprise) so far.
So collective question which MTB...
Yep was on the short list as well, but none to be found. I was able to test ride a Fuse and put my order in for a L. Hopefully shows up this summer sometime.

Still have my Pivot 429sl w PM if I decide I want to toe the line again, but may sell it if that desire passes, might even race my Stumpy ST w some low rolling resistance tires, not sure it’s that...
Thought of this yesterday as I rode w/ couple younger enduro-bros who I normally have little/no problem keeping up with on the down on my FS 100mm or 130mm trail bike (and I destroy the young'ins...
Based on current HTA and designs (which I'm a fan of to a point), I should have died riding on rocks and techy trails w/ a HT 29er w/ a 71/72* HTA 10 years ago.
Really wanted a RM, but the 1k premium for same/lower spec parts is a turnoff. Local dealer is RM, Spec, and Giant. Was looking hard at Altitude or the Downcountry Element, Stumpy ST, and Trance...
Those new Epic EVOs do look like a great bike for a large group of riders who over bike for their trails. Picked up the Sworks Stumpy ST in the spring when they were heavily discounted, but if I...
