JSkis Hotshot would fit the bill. Size up. Probably Armada Declivity 108 too. 4frnt MSP 107 as well.

+1 for the Lekis, have saved my shoulders from dislocating numerous times, straps stay on my gloves most of the year and are easy to click in and out of on and off the lift.
