How close to Upper Whitefish Lake can you get throughout the season? I'm assuming the road gets snowed in.

Bumping this. First winter out here. Fairly familiar with highway 2 access but looking for a little more info on the Whitefish range.

I didn't get out until December. Disappear by that point?

Looks a little better than it did at this point last year from what I remember. Hoping to take a long weekend and ski off the summit this spring.
