The RAD1 had all those top caps peeling off cuz they were using wood screws into plastic with flippy lifters

G3 did not have the probelm cuz they sandwiched the plastic body bewteen top and cap...

I got 2 pair of verts, as a small AZN man I can run em at 7 / 8 unlocked, they don't pre release, never break pretty bullet proof ime,

1- any time I am are adjusting any binding for any boot, I am careful of the extra stress having the boot in the binding puts on the adj screw which could strip/wear it out, IME its better to adjust...

there are millions of tech toe fittings out there that work fine but a pict of the Salomon toe fitting showed that it was missing a ridge of solid metal that a dynafit toe fitting would usually have...

one failure early in the product life but it was so obviously badly designed that Salomon must have let the mail room kid design the toe fitting
