Thanks to Massimo at Salewa/Dynafit. Had a warranty return in less time than the original binding shipment took. The patent might have expired, but no one will imitate the service from Dynafit.

You'll have to grind the screw head down to about 8mm across. I just took an old insert, clamped it in the vise, threaded in the screw and filed away. I had a bunch of "tester" screws sent from BF...

While mounting the Beasts last night, I noticed one boot had a noticeable wiggle in the toe when engaged. Just one boot, happens on both bindings. The binding is fully engaged, no boot sole material...
