Since all resorts have been closed on France, bc is my only skiing, butt i can't seem to get more than 15-16 days a month,...

I tried, in tour mode, with my boot, both bindings, mine and my wife's, twisting the visit, and mine released a lot easier.

I ski in california and the French pyrenees, so it might be different in utah.
In the bc i ski almost exclusively steep couloirs.
In powder, almost any ski will work.

But in bad snow, wind...

If you tour the vwerks katanas are really good, not only in powder, but hardpacj and ice.

Ems really works. It will build muscle mass faster than weights. But you need to use pretty high intensities.
For quads, i sit in a chair and i have to tie my ankles to the chair legs to withstand...

Depends a bit on your anatomy, but more forward lean in a boot causes you to stick your butt out to compensate, so not forward really.
