I'm in the same boat over here. Incredible ski when I can push them hard enough, but more for the skier I want to be than the skier I am. Is there another HL ski you're pivoting to?

Some of the ski deals might be worth sitting on. They've reduced leftover skis and boots to $200 the past couple springs. Pretty poor selection >100 underfoot though.

I'm a big fan of spot for the normal insurance. They don't ask a ton of questions so a doctor's visit would probably be enough proof.
