not that i would know of. I'm sure some nut out there would say wool for wet down better for dry, but you are in a car. so it wouldnt even matter. I don't know enough to give you any more advice

my bad. your down comforter should be fine. I meant from from my experience, a wool blanket can keep the wind from cooling you off as much. I'd stick with what you have. It should work just fine.
