Alright, thank you folks!
So, do I get it right, everything goes alright with the operation? I mean they are gonna work next season as well?
Have a few friends of mine who are interested. I myself can't afford it before I...
Hello, everybody!
Do you know if the guys from Haines (Alaska Heliskiing) make any bookings for the upcoming 2011 season?
There is no info on their official web-site at the moment.
Peace.
The Obsethed are the stiffes I've ever been on. oops, that's my own thread.
what would you do? Skiing and lifestyle wise of course.
Are you gonna ski-bum? To be a true ski-bum you should be poor, right? Or not?
What do you think.
PS: I am askin very seriously. It is...
They suck!
I am personally looking forward to Belafonte's since I have lots of powder specific skis.
And that's why I can't wait to try mine!
Which of the two do you think is better in the pow - the pintailed GS-sidecut Lhasa or the Wailers?
PS: my opinion is the 138s will kick ass of both the skis in the pow.
I think the Katanas are better daily drivers overall.
It really amazes me how mad everybody is about the gear.
Even really good skiers like the TS.
Are your Atlases mounted far behind the line?
And your name is Kyle Cressman, obviously?;)
Yeah, they are powerful but since I am a golf pro I prefer more traditional clubs (mizunos mp-68).
Anyway, thanks for the kind words. And, 4-9 is all I have, sorry for this.
Last year club's, actually the same model as this year's ones. Will take pics ASAP.
BTW, there was no 3 iron in the set and I passed PW to my friend since I had one.
The price of the irons can...
Just like the title says -
Taylor Made Tour Burner Irons 4-9, Steel shafts, Regular Flex.
Good clubs in overall good condition - about 35-40 days on the course but pretty minty: no rust, no...
Conclusion - get the Lhasa's they are SEX!
I do not actually why you are looking at the 191 length for the EC. While you can ski even 196s why bother. You do not need this type of length in tight-ass trees.
Also, how do you imagine a ski...
Silly question.
No doubt the Lhasa is a far superior ski in these conditions. While I love dps skis I do so for their BIG POWDER stuff not for carbon s7s.
And I absolutely love my 186 Carbon...
Actually, the Comi-Kazi's are now called 192s Comi.
The 186 Comi should be the same as the 186 Comi of the previous years.
look over at the new ski reviews links thread!
rugbydave how do the 189 compare to the 194s and the ones you are currently skiing on?
El Chupacabra
what are the dimensions on the FFF's? Are thet still produced?
How do the 187 XXL's stack up agains the aforementioned sticks?
What about the 194s?
What's your opinion?
I have never skied anything that really feels like a tank. What would you recommend me if I want to add some to my quiver.
Actually, I'd like to have something really...
I do believe that the 120s are a far superior ski but I hate any ski with lots of sidecut. So that's just me.
10 lbs. per pair ain't bad though! -)
Nate, as you can see you can trust me and what I say.
I'm not here to scam other mags.
BTW, I suppose these are really gonna be unbelievably sweet, like the XXL's but better...
I believe these are gonna be supa heavy which is no good for a pure powboard they are supposed to be.
Nate, what are the perfectly zero-cambered skis with a longish rocker to the left of the Lhasa's?
Nope. the 192s are just kinda fatter XXL's. And we are talkin about something like a BROwatt!
Quoted for truth! And I promise I'll be among the first (along with a few other guys I know) to drop cash on these!

OK, you say you are fairly aggressive. But what level of skier are you?
If you are a level 7.7 or lower, then you might try a 78 mm waisted K2 Jongsticks but if you are WAY better, like level 8.3...
Would also accept a partial trade for skinnier carvier more all-mountain skis in good condition - think XXL's, Argos, Kastles, Scott Schmidt's and the such.
And yes they are mint, mounted once for small dukes and 305 bsl.
OK, dudes, now I am ready to ship. The price is simple $600 shipped to the lower 48.
stone88 why did you get those 192 beasts? do you think you can get enough use for them?
Don't know about you, but I've just pre-ordered some 190 Pure Lotus 120s to complement my 186 Lhasa Pows (holy overlap!).
Now, I need to get those 183 BROs and I'll be done with skis.
Of course, dear friends, I'd love to go to Colorado and than Utah and than AK but, unfortunately, am limited with time.
Thanks for free bumps, anyways! -)))
Looks like a sign of a really high demand to me! ;)
Hey, mang! I am just traveling, willing to see the US, thus selling Lhasa's isn't in any way the goal if this trip. I wrote this just in case somebody is interested - e.g. you are in Memphis and have...
So, guys!
I am going on a road trip across the country now. This will include Memphis, Kansas-City, Chicago and Erie (PA). If somebody is interested - let me know - I can drive by you and drop the...
You need to be a little strange to buy dps skis in hybrid. If you need damper feel just get the Bros, Moments or whatever (Dynastar is even better at this).
They are made by china maggots!
This must be HEAVY!
Your pretty skier! Nice pics -)
I am a gear whore cuz I'm constantly buying/selling gear.
But that is where I am stuck!
They are beyond radical and as such can very easily be a specialized heliskiing ski. BUT, I am a gear whore and wanna try those fancy red monsters. And I already have the 186s which I deeply enjoy in...
It took me quite a few time to make this tough decision but here it goes.
I bought these barely used from schindlerpiste about a month ago in order to substitute my one ski quiver - 186 LHASA pow...
I hate you. I have the Lhasa's but yet need to find the 138s. Are yours rocker 3 or rocker 3.1?
Interesting need to think of it!
