Denver has large rv and campervan rentals. With more than one person, I find small motels are a better value than ski town hostels.

I could not have afforded 5 weeks ski lodging so RV life is a huge savings overall, especially for 2. Allows us to extend our trips.

The Chinook is back in Virginia. 5 week ski odessey totaled 10,693 miles skiing CO, WY, MT, and BC. Added a run from Red back down to CO to see the Xgames then back to BC and MT to finish the trip....

ASPEN OVERNIGHT - Our Chinook Concourse was in Aspen this weekend for the X Games. My son reports he had no problems sleeping each night at the Aspen Airport Lot B. $6 per day. Secure. No hassles....
