Glad my kids have been done with lessons for awhile now. It was reasonably priced before especially given that the instructors were hit or miss, but the new pricing is bonkers.
Damn, what a pilot. I did the doors off Nepali tour a ways back and was a little nervous but it was pretty awesome. After seeing this, safe to say that was a one-time thing.
Headed there tomorrow and looking forward to exploring!
Has anyone received their email yet that allows us our early season "discounted" rates?
Sounds like a righteous ending at least.
I neglected to join the last two so you guys are lucky I'm in for this one.
Nice!
Man, I love the grizzly ridge. So many good afternoons spent there.
Are you back to living in MT now?
I saw them two months ago and it well exceeded my expectations. They are better than I remember them from years ago. Cool they're doing a tour like that, reminds me of what cheese used to do.
Do it!! I highly recommend catching at least two shows in a row, but if Dick's is the closest for you then it can't hurt to see three or four. It's looking like you'll have no problem getting cheap...
If Mario was there in the late '90s early 2000s then quite possibly.
Including my circle. Are they more accurate on their snow reports now?
What an amazing day to be up in the mountains. Great snow and short lines. I hope we get more of those interspersed of course with a few dumps for replenishment.
Got damn, I've only looked at a quarter of the posts in this thread since you all arrived there and I am so envious! Way to go everyone, what a trip to remember!
Wow, gut wrenching. Keeping the family in my thoughts.
Awesome!
Damn, that's ballsy. My dog would have flubbed that for sure. Good thing you didn't have to perform a crevasse rescue.
An even different take.

Wow, I really need to buckle down. My 2ks are usually around 8:30.
That website says they just do independent design work now. Unless i'm reading it wrong, they don't make their own line anymore. So I guess they're still around in some capacity?
A good buddy of...
Wooky evidently didn't have the gumption. Just looked them up and they've been gone for a bit.

Can all you swifties pipe down?? This is a football thread for Christ sakes and your clogging it with your sensitivities.
And hopefully other stuff..
Congrats tgapp! That's kind of cool, but I assume that not everyone skis so some kids must not go?
We have Friday night ski bus here for middle and high School. For my kids middle school, we just...
Yeah, saw that. I think the Alpental day of rest is very literal..
Guess I'll get some work done and try for tomorrow. Hopefully The cool down sucks some moisture out without making it too crunchy...
I plan to investigate that tomorrow. Fingers crossed the levels don't rise too much.
Check out that mashed up semi in the ditch westbound, that guy took a nice section of guard rail too.
Currently chaperoning a middle school ski bus. Driver ain't chaining since it's just...
Sure, that is definitely fine on holiday At that age. All of my kids were riding the riblets at Alpy during lessons either by themselves or other groms from age 5. Heck they couldn't even sit...
That's inspiring. Super happy with our c2 purchase earlier this year, money well spent.
Well, today ended up being pretty damn good. International opened around 11:30 followed a bit later by the lower gates. Barely crossed a track on my first two down elevator. Snow was dry for...
I'm really hoping it's the 6/14-6/16 dates for the gorge as that would work for my schedule, but these west coast rumors are literally being put out by probably a couple people on the internets...
Yeah...snow amounts and wind are looking to conspire to make tomorrow an issue. And then potentially freezing rain on Friday for an icing on the cake..
What happens to all of the tesla's when an unusually epic shit show ensues like the last few days? I can't imagine any of them hanging for a very long in those conditions.
Upper Nash is still not open?? I thought that was a little suspect yesterday, hard to imagine a day later and they can't manage it. We don't even need the gates or felsen opened, but at least the top...
Last blizzard warning was in 2012 and I think they're only been three or four in recorded history.
Bear is a different technique than what I was referring to. I think there are a few. Internal brace is the one. I think it may be a little more common place. Sport ortho guy here in Seattle has...
If it's a complete tear and proximal to the femur, then find an ortho who is experienced with the internal bracing technique. It's less than a decade old but is looking good long term and no graph of...
They can do whatever they want here as far as I know. Not beholden like Bridger was/is.
Wife just got a fitted Breg fusion brace right before the end of the year. I think they're generally covered if the ortho "prescribes" it.
Nice, that was probably a chill time to visit. When he's older, I highly recommend the horseback tour there as it's great for kids. Also, scouts landing but you may end up with a death grip on your...
C'mon now, you have to ask?
Praise be! I'll be happy with even half of that forecast panning out.
Oof, evidently my sil broke her humerus a few days ago on some blue cruiser at bs last week. Caught a tiny stump sticking out and splat to the hardpack.. I wonder how many have preceded her and are...

You've already heard his old album A Go Go, right? Yes, they are a perfect mix.
They're just too many humans populating the high country of Colorado to make this workable. Eventually there is going to be a lot of contention that results from this decision as the population...
This is ironical. So you want people to follow "the science" this time - but you certainly did not follow the science during the pandemic so that certainly makes you a hypocrite. But you seem like...
He's a great story. I've been enjoying watching him and Browning the last few weeks. It's made the season a bit more unique with all the qb injuries.
