A little update. Been in the boots for 15-20 days now. Pretty much exclusively toured in them.
I have a VERY low volume foot. I had some instep issues at first but that was cured by a better food...

Re: Tail clips on Volies. I always have issues with my tail clips staying on my Hyper V8s. Also using a Pomoca skin. I usually just get the point where I let them dangle cuz I get annoyed

Awesome. I have a really low volume foot, so sounds good to me. Also Scarpa brakes their shell sizes different then everyone else, so I’m not surprised you had to up size.

I’ve heard great things. The boot fitter at Teton Boot Lab (Bootsy) has done that for a lot folks. Seems to work…though I can’t speak from person experience.
