That's last year's gore tex model with the annoying crotch seam issue. This is the 19/20 futurelight model with the redesigned seam.

33" waist, 32" inseam. I prefer my pants to be a little looser, but if I was going for a more traditional fit, these would be right on the money.

Nope, that issue has been addressed - like HAB said, the zipper has been split in two instead of the previous continuous design.
