Happy Face is a fun flow trail and theres lots of other options around it as well. Tahoe Donners trail system in general, is mellow fun cruiser stuff. The trail system in Tahoe City is pretty mellow...

that "other" tube is your driveline, and you def want to get the exhaust can up and off of that. looks like you just replace the rubber bushings/reinsert the metal hooks and your done.
