Ibis does spec a light rebound for their shocks usually, but if you're over 175 getting a standard rebound tune should be a benefit. Even then I have found Ibis tunes to be a bit fast on rebound.

Personally, Im a fan of a Butcher, Conti Kryptotal Rear, or a Conti Xynotal for the rear. Xynotal is a Dissector clone but actually holds up unlike the Dissector. Also riding the same rides as you.
