Your route is probably fine. That windlip is always the biggest snowfield. Higher than Windy will be snowy which is a shame as thats such nice ridgeline. Just thought you should know Windy itself...

For Rossland you can camp at the Lions campground or at Nancy Green Park out of town ( has a lake). The bike shop runs shuttles to Seven Summits.
