No mate. If you are a 315 boot and exact middle of the binding and you move up to 376 toe position your midsole has moves a touch over 3cm. Same is true for going back to 253 toe position.

Depends a bit on your bsl. The jig is centered on 315. You can f around with heel and toe relative positions to center on your bsl.

But about +/- 3cm.

I’d honestly say the strive demos are not a compromise.

Not sure of the relevance of most of your points to your original question but the strive demo skis great. Low stack. Looks pretty much like the regular.
