I have a pair (haven't used them yet...) for use with my TLT5P. A bit fiddly to get right, but cord seams good (have to test once wet) and think I get a good tension once they are on the boots....

I use a Thermarest NeoAir All Season pad with R 5.7, work perfect directly on snow and yet light enough for summer use. Highly recommended!

I've seen inserts spin out when red loctite was used, would not recommend. Personally I go without loctite and tighten every now and then.

Simple, just take the black EHP with 112 mm waist, add a bit more tiptocker and make it 1800 g in 186 = very good pow touring ski. IMO the longer radius (above 35 m) makes for a ski that handles...

Yep, these would fit in nicely between my speed radicals and a pair of P18, but I don't pay 1000 bucks (and here they will be more like 1300). Even if I get a hook up they will be plenty pricey... So...

Hence the keyring ;-) take that picture of the guide leash and exchange the stock wire and your good to go. Always breaks if you fall bad enought to really lose a ski.

I use keyrings at the lower buckle cables. Stays on until I fall and lose my ski, then breaks loose :-)
