Those are all tuning issues... detuning isn't the right choice, you need to have the edge angles and bevel set properly and potentially also check the bases for flatness etc.

Lhasa is more nose high and likes to bounce, goat more neutral, feels more like you are riding the whole ski and making more lateral moves and less vertical moves. Both are fun, both float well
