I go to the rec center that has dry sauna and steam room. I definitely prefer the steam room. Especially during dry winter months. I’ll usually do steam > sauna > steam then sometimes hit the hot tub...

I’m also interested in thoughts on IR.

Would probably prefer a steam shower though. But throwing an IR in the basement would be a lot cheaper, easier, quicker.
