It is a fixed reference now, it is based on the first three years of testing (2006-2009), but as it is interesting to compare skis back in time and also track development of flex curves we fixed it....

We have experienced no problems with this. We have used them full days in resorts where we took them on and off all day. The force of the bolt will crush the potencial ice in the hole.
