Had that happen once. Took the boot out so that the wings could close further, and cycled the toe a couple times. That cleared out whatever was causing it.

Yeah, I'm with Cy on the Descentionist. Weird fit/structure to the pack that meant I could never get it to feel like it was supporting a load well, at all. Sold mine pretty promptly.

Yeah, they're more finicky in terms of AFD adjustment and forward pressure than some other stuff, but if you get that dialed, they're really good. I haven't had any undue issues with the brakes...
