I think gander is a better ride than wire mesa. Road could be dusty but you can ride it as an out and back.

I would avoid the Mag7 area. You do not want to be riding up anything people are shuttling. I made that mistake and was a couple of years till I returned.

That pretty much summed up wolf creek today. 10" on a 160" base. Probably as good as this place can ski. Amazing they were running the snowcat for maybe a dozen riders.
