^^^^keep in mind those skis have plenty of rocker. If your kid is coming from a race shaped ski (like a lot of kid skis, ie flat tail little to no tip rise) the. You might want to consider sizing up...

I err on the side of dull with my kid up in the tips. Less likely to catch and edge. Sharp under foot. Moderate inbetween. When I sharpen the edges I’m focusing on the middle third of the ski.

I’ve got the Atomic Race 7 90cm a few pages back of those would work. One of the skis has the triple mount thing. Still have not found out how that happened, but otherwise pristine condition.
