Wilder Ranch has some fun trails IMO... obviously not like Demo.

Just a heads up they've been ticketing people lately for the illegal trails near UCSC.

Wilder Ranch in SC has some pretty fun sections... I assume you can tie those into the UCSC trails at some point to do a bigger loop?
