Thanks guys. I'll take a picture of the damage when I get home. Hose and head are fine. Its the cap where the plunger enters the pump body. Still makes a seal, just come apart in my hands every time...

My Joe Blow is coming apart every time I use it - it's time for a replacement. Would like to keep the cost down less than $40. Any recommendations?
