Aren't ambulances (especially 4WD ones), heavy AF and get 5 mpg? They can be had pretty cheap, but the fuel cost would be vicious.

Easy to tell the newer or retrofitted full-floating Toyota rear axle, just look for the hub with little nuts on it protruding through the center hole in the dually wheels. If it's flat or just a hub...

Awesome, probably works out to a range of 1,200 miles. Only $1,350 to fill it up, just over a buck a mile.

They only made about 25 of those, serious collector's item. What did it set you back? In good condition it would probably go $20k on eBay.

Make sure you have the real FF rear axle, not the dually...
