You probably weigh a bit too much for the ski. I'm 180lbs on the 193, and wouldn't want to be much heavier on them.

I'd probably take the automatic off your list. I ski the 193 (6'2", 180lbs) - its just stiff enough at my weight, but at 240 I think you'd overpower it.
