What is the post minimum? 5 or 6 posts?

Also, the minimum comment threshold isn't discoverable. It would make sense to me for the action to be disabled with a notice that said something like "must be a more active forum user" or something.

From what I'm reading in these pinned posts, it seems like there's some sort of comment minimum before you can post to the gear swap. Seems to me like this does nothing but encourage spam. What about...
