I have just skied the 193 shiros and find them to lock in into turns when you start to pick up speed. Pretty much the opposite of what I expected. They are superstable though. But scrubbing of speed...

You should also check out the Down Skis Count Down 3. Ive been on the EHP193, Bibby 190 and these are just as stable as the EHP and almost as playfull as the Bibby.
