My buddys' were ripping at the zippers. Hopefully they beefed them up. I really like the cheetah guys so hopefully they got them a little more dialed.
Probably have the binding in the way of your legs like that.
I guess my skis were less rockered tips way back when I owned a rev now that I think about it......
Scroll down this page to the powder packs and buy one of these, I've been using one for years
http://skinzprotectivegear.com/snowmobileproducttz/tunnelpakstankbags.html
I've got the 12x12 one...
Nice!
Just fyi on those sleds you can shove the skis even further forward and hook the tips inside the foot well up against the tunnel.
A little more solid and you won't have the tails...
My first sled was a 2004 rev and those toe hooks and running boards seemed made for that shit. I got used to being able to ride like an asshole with skis while others people break skis, bend tunnels,...
Yep. Angle aluminum and uhmw strips from mcmaster and cheapo snowboard binding buckles. Long ladder straps to fit boards and skis both. The annoying part is drilling and tapping the rods. You can use...
Put your rack on correctly, you're going to break your skis, your rack, or bend your tunnel like that.
UHMW blocks are pretty burly (talking 'blocks' here not the sheets obviously). It's basically the same thing cheeta does, although they use molds instead of cutting from what I can tell. So yeah I...
buy some of this
https://www.mcmaster.com/plastics/slippery-uhmw-polyethylene-sheets-bars-and-strips/
and find a bandsaw
I've been building my own racks for years out of that stuff
Ooh an upright citizen for justice with a developmental disability bias. Good catch!
correct
Commenting is not the same thing as submitting a formal objection to the final draft of the plan. You'd have to read the plan for that summary to make sense.
Here are the details. Click around.

Were you an objector or commenter in this process? If not, you don't really have 'standing'.

Grown ass man goes to book store to buy cliffs notes. Come on man, just read it.
After that if you have a specific question come back and ask it. :)
What are you? Enduro™?
Slacker
Because nothing clamps onto a frame generating a stress riser like brakes and shifters (and stem) do on a handlebar. Plus you can ride out a cracked frame. When a bar goes it goes for good.
...
Yeah man 6k miles is a lot.
I've personally only gotten close to 4 with a top end but lots of other shit that wore out that wasn't the motor before I sold it.
You should be able to find a...
How much money you got? Each budget bracket has its brands/versions that work and don't :D
Anybody tandem on an arctic cat alpha rail? I haven't but it seems like that would be the worst sled...
What you said
To be fair, I do this frequently with my bike and regularly have to go hiking off into the woods to find it.
Don't forget metric tons of cigarette butts.
I've been to your great white covid free glaciers and needed sled parts, and hence seen the dealer network. It's more an acknowledgment, not a...
Not when talking about a 2009 m8. That thing will last forever. The suspension on the summit is better but both will get you out. Fewer miles on the summits should mean they're in better shape...
No
Quit filling up my inbox, fucker.
In all seriousness this post explains the problem. It's an exchange not a boardgame yo!
All bangers must be video. I'm pretty sure that's in the terms and conditions we all checked. And hey life's too shallow and superficial to do anything but bangers amirite?
No way in hell.
You can always do the bike shit twice. And don't have to slug around in 4 feet of variable density dirt to do it.
Might depend on your definition of 'good' I guess. I'm not...
I disagree. Just gotta want it.

Join us in laughing at 'enduro' won't you?
I'm with you. Wouldn't want someone to have a feeling I disapprove of! How dare they!!
I must have missed something. How does someone riding an ebike affect your day again?
Ski areas not opening this winter?

Like a 4 year old just screaming to hear himself.
I am one of the people who built some of those trails you self important dipshit.
Speaking of bay area entitlement. Are there any other trails you've never built that youd like to contribute to the overpopulation and potential demise of?
Jesus crist dude. Just shut your word...
Leavitt Peak, Dana Plateau (especially above Ellery bowl), Black Mtn out of VA lakes. Maybe not 100/per day but lots. Especially the first weekend each of those gets plowed. VA lakes was insane last...
Finally at the heart of the matter. But 100 skiers trampling over the same shale per day in the spring time is fine? Because we currently allow that. Plus horses.
And more importantly that is why...
The upper part routing is legit. The ding dong shit they tried to build into it is mostly just in the way but you can always save a well routed trail. It got bedded in better. I looked at a map when...
Who did the routing on the big cheif trail? Was that J.Groom in the Truckee Ranger District or was that you guys?
You'll notice I also said building NEW parking lots to access EXISTING trail networks. So down the road, build a spur, create a loop kind of thing. I didn't just say expand parking lots at existing...
Wire beads don't split and come off the rim. And when I say split I mean the equivalent of breaking the cord that runs the circumference. There's a very good reason real dh tires are wire bead.
See meter man's post.
I guess we're not going to get the 5 millisecond period at the end of sept/beginning of Nov that's all we have as a shoulder season anymore with kids not going back to...
Kind of drives me nuts how the county lines drawn primarily for water drainage boundaries and travel corridors don't break down statistics better in terms of WHERE the hospitalizations and even...
Shit, we brothers yo!
I've been riding mountainbikes for 27 years. I just bought a dirtbike to get away from mountainbikers this year.
We have a lot more in common than you might think. Even...
I meant drive to within 14k elevation. Correct me if I'm wrong but that is absolutely true.
And 'slippery slope' arguments don't deal with the precise issues being discussed......and I'd say...
Gotcha on the approaches. There are lots of ways to have things 'legal' but still have some sort of filtering effect like that. Old Goat's earlier comments about bikers not being able to ride 'where...
Need a roomate? :D
Is "4wd" like bushwacking hiking slang? Because the only 14k mountain you can get a vehicle anywhere near is White mountain. Not being a smartass, serious question.
No one wants to run you over...
wow polivy and gustafson
"Strongly discouraging." On what, a facebook page or a county/city webpage no one looks at before coming here? Edgy, guys. Really sticking your neck out there for a...
Holy crap b-bear......that pic. God bless the beauty and solitude of the outdoors.
I did for years on multiple frames. It was easier when no one thought bottom bracket heights should be around 13" because 26" wheels put most 27.5 frames at about that. Now lots (most?) frame makers...
